When Striker designed the Striker Xtreme, we went one step further. We built a bow that can be transformed from recurve to longbow and back by simply changing the brace height, which ranges from 6 3/4" and 8".
The Striker Xtreme is the ultimate hunting bow. Being just 54" in length, it's small enough to fit in any ground blind or tree stand. It gives the hunter the mobility they need to get the job done whatever the conditions. By raising the brace height, this gives the hunter the extra arm clearance they need in a tight spot.
The Striker Xtreme was designed to have a smooth draw with out the stacking that is common with shorter bows. The riser is cut to center, or past center if desired which is similar on all Striker bows. We recommend using only fast flight strings for top performance of your Xtreme. Phonolic is used on the belly and the back for extra support.
Finger pinch is non-existent with the Striker Xtreme.The short riser and limb design give it longer working limbs which cause no fingerpinch or hand shock. This bow is truly a pleasure to shoot.
